Return Policies
Petpac strives to work with its customers and provide the best service and product possible. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you purchased you are welcome to contact us or proceed with one of the below options.
Damaged Goods
If your product arrives to you in a damaged condition please contact our store as soon as possibe with the details so we can endeavour to contact the courier company for explanation. If kept in original packaging it can be returned and a new shipment made. Please make sure you contact our store as soon as possible with courier freight ticket number.
General Returns
If, for some reason, you' re not happy with the purchase you have made you may return it to Petpac within 3 days of receipt for a full refund less the original delivery cost. The refund is conditional on all goods, provided they are returned in the condition sold and dispatched by and does not include return postage and handling. If the product was damaged upon receipt please see Damaged Goods above. However if we have made a mistake in the description, delivery charges will also be refunded.
