Back in April I had the pleasure of meeting Josh for the first time after ordering Cat Litter from you for several years over the phone. Josh is as lovely in person as he is over the phone.
Just as genuine. An absolute honey. Also got to meet Reba and Max, two of the most gorgeous German Shepherd I've ever seen. I was quite besotted and could have spent the whole day at the shop. Such a lovely environment.
During the years I have also talked to Rick and Donna over the phone,. This was my first (and only, I regret to say) visit to the Takanini Shop.
I've not been in contact for a while but I thought I'd write and say what a pleasure it is to have met one of you in person - to see the shop - and to say thank you for the always wonderfully warm, cheerful, service you've given me over the years.

"I have two german wirehaired pointers 81/2 years old(siblings). The male was born iwth an atopic skin allergy. Over the years we had tried him on all types of food, but he does best on Just Natural. The female is a very active dog and she too does wellon Just Natural. It is great to have found a reasonably priced dog biscuit that suits the needs of two very different dogs. They hve been on Just Natural for over a year now and neither of them was become bored with the flavour (as they have done previously on different foods). All in all a great product, after all if my pups aren't happy - I'm not happy.
